The main task for this apartment was to preserve the planning feature — it can be bypassed in a circle. All windows overlook the balcony, which has become a kind of terrace overlooking the forest. After the redevelopment, not a single room looks like a "walk-through", and the apartment is clearly divided into a private part and a half for receiving guests.
